When we met Josh De Loach of Hook and Ladder Winery (http://www.hookandladderwinery.com/our-vineyards/) a couple of years ago we immediately wanted to coordinate a dinner. Thanks to our friend Bates Bauer of World Wide Wine and Spirits it's a happenin'!!
The dinner will comprise mostly of lamb (purchased from a local vendor at Manhattan Farmers Market) and other produce from our farmers. It will be a 'Farm to Fork' deliciousness.
