We are looking forward to having owner/winemaker Boyd Teegarden of Natalie's Estate Winery, Chehalem Mountain AVA in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. A 1989 K-State grad, Boyd began his interest and in-depth knowledge of both the business and production side of the wine industry after being hired into the top rated Management Training Program for the E & J Gallo Winery in Denver, Colorado. In 1995, Boyd and his wife Cassandra relocated to Oregon. In 1999 they made the leap of pursing their dream of a building a boutique winery.

Beer Tapping!! 'Peace of Shitake' Hemp Ale
We will be tapping our annual Hemp Ale! This years brew has an additional profile.....Shitake mushrooms.
Brewed with a whole lot of hemp seeds, sliced and dried Shiitake mushrooms and a BUNCH of hops, this beer is all kinds of IPA at heart with a beautifully mellow nuttiness from the hemp seeds and a nice subtle earthy complexity coming from the ‘shrooms. Columbus and Citra hops bring a big ol’ dank aroma to the party along with some juicy citrus flavors and a firm bitterness.
Russ will have hemp inspired edibles on the daily evening white menu. Weather permitting....it will all take place on the Labco patio.
