Beers of the Little Apple
Here at the Little Apple Brewing Company, we are proud to present some of
the tastiest, freshest and most enjoyable beers available. Our use of the
highest quality malts, hops and yeast (both domestic and imported) allow our
brewer (John Briden) to formulate a stable of fine hand-crafted beers,
created on the premises. All of our beers are available for carry-out seven
days a week in half-gallon refillable "growlers", and in full,
"pony" and 1/6 bbl kegs.
XX Black Angus Stout
Our stout is made with a special blend of six different malts and hops from
the Pacific Northwest. We then use nitrogen
carbonation to create a rich and creamy brew with a wonderful roasted flavor.
Pair this with one of our Certified Angus Beef™ steaks for an
unforgettable treat.
Wildcat Wheat
Our most popular beer, this brew combines domestic malted barley and white wheat,
malt, with American hops for a light American Style Wheat Ale. This beer is
doubly refreshing when served with a slice of lemon.
Prairie Pale Ale
This highly hopped, high alcohol brew is based on the classic India Pale Ale
developed during the days of British colonialism. We use the finest Domestic malt
and English "noble" hops to create this half of the famous 'Black
and Tan', a favorite of our regulars.
Riley's Red Ale
The brewers favorite, we think General Bennett C. Riley would have loved this
brew. Just the right balance of malt and hops make this full flavored, amber
colored ale. Try it once and you'll see why.
Bison Brown Ale
A new addition to our beer lineup, this English brown ale is long on malty,
caramel flavor, mild on hops and alcohol. Don't be intimidated by the deep,
rich color, this brew is deceptively light and easy drinking.
Seasonal Special and Lagers
Here at Little Apple we are constantly working to bring you the greatest
possible variety of high quality beer, so we will always be brewing up a
little something special. Check the signs above the bar or ask your server
about the current seasonal special and always feel free to suggest a style
you would like to see.
