Style: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 7.6% A devilishly decieving beer full of complexity! A light colored brew, that is medium bodied, slightly sweet (candy sugar used to lighten body texture), moderately malty, low hop character, spicy, clovelike, fruity (banana) fragrance and flavor (due to the Belgian yeast). A wonderful match with our chili, or other spicy dishes. Brewed on Jan. 25; conditioned for 3 weeks.
