Style: German Strong Bock

ABV: 7.8%
ABW: 6.1%
IBU's (International bittering units): 27

Bocks are strong, dark ambered, all-malt lagers. The body of this doppelbock (doppel = double) is comprised of lightly toasted Munich-style malt. The body is full, slightly sweet, faint suggestion of caramel notes with just a hint of hop (bitterness). This beer is recommended to those who like a beer on the sweet side (great dessert/after meal beverage). John brewed this on Nov. 30; conditioned for 8 weeks before put on tap.
